RealNet Helderberg is fast gaining momentum in the basin. Expanding from, their
stronghold in Gordon's Bay. "The Somerset West and Strand Offices have come on stream very nicely" says Paul Matthews. "Despite the tough market conditions- hard work is always rewarded. A positive attitude and some relentless canvassing have started to pay off" Paul said. "Irrespective of the market conditions, there are deals being done and as long as we.re part of that action, we're happy. Not to take away from the kudos due to Somerset West, but I am especially proud of our Strand office. We took over an ailing RealNet Strand in September of last year and they have turned it around inside of six month. Well done Strand!"
Paul went on to say: "I think that all too often we get wrapped up in the negativity of the economy and the interest rate hikes and loose site of the ball. The bottom line is that we need to work a lot harder in times like these to achieve results. My message to agents in general is to stay positive and focused - and the results will continue. I think the positivity and backup within the offices and our group in general, has made a huge difference. Full marks to Adolph Jonker who manages Somerset West and Louleen May, who heads up the admin: They have done a super job in ensuring that the agent's level of backup and support has always been there."
